We had the best time during our stay in Neptune Ngorongoro and left this amazing place wishing we can go back soon. It was our honeymoon and the whole experience started even before we actually get to the Lodge. Martina (Reservations/Front Office) helped us plan all the activities according to our wishes. She and the entire staff were extremely kind, professional and attentive to ensure that everything went perfectly, even with setbacks such as flight changes and the weather. Our room was amazing: Rustic as the setting demands, integrated with the environment, but also so comfortable, clean and well decorated. You can see they thought about every detail. The food was extremely good, and we loved how fresh everything is as they have their own plantation. (Also, we loved how everyone at the hotel likes to talk to the guests and show them around). We were amazed by the view, the safari drives, nature, the people and how welcomed we felt. It was truly one of the best experiences we ever had. Thank you so much to the Neptune NgoroNgoro family ❤

This place can be called outstanding. The hospitality exceeded our expectations. The villas are spacious and beautiful decorated in tanzanian style. Wooden floors, elegant furniture, comfortable feauteuils, daybeds and huge master bed. From the huge terrace you csn spot even elephants. Pool and Spa are excellent. But over all of this we enjoyed Highlights skilled and Super friendly staff. We will come again. For Sure.

The room was so good, clean and big enough for a family. The staff were so nice and polite. The food was good quality, a la cart menu.

The staff were very accommodating with all of wishes. Customized food for children, packed lunches and extra food by the pool. It’s in the most beautiful location, and very close to the park.

the property is literally 5 mins away from the main gate of the Ngorongoro - it also has a very nice view on the edges of the crater

Amazing and original hotel. The service was perfect. Foods was delicious with local flavor especially the Massai steak.
